This service will allow seniors to connect with their families and medical providers.This program will help alleviate the feeling of depression, and isolation of those seniors who can not leave their home. The art program will focus on artistic and cultural experiences through music,drama,healthy living, creating,technology and virtual touring.
Support older adults with applying for community based programs. The agency will guide the individual with the process and link them to the different home care programs and/or agencies within the Lehigh Valley. The agency will give advice and assistance in applying for public benefits, choosing healthcare plans, medical care and entitlements. The recommendations will be based on the clients needs.
John Diaz and Carmen Diaz both share a passion and dedication to helping older adults. Both have over 10 years experience in the social service field. Carmen and John have a mission to keep the senior community informed of the resources as well as provide services at no cost. We believe every senior citizen deserves “a good life.”
